Here are some tips to lose weight in a healthy and safe

  • At breakfast time if you could choose a high fiber diet plus orange juice beverage.
  • If you like to drink tea , it helps if you drink green tea every day that can help you burn about 70 calories more a day.
  • If you like to drink milk , you should not select the full cream milk . Please drink consumption lower fat milk.
  • Expand drinking water . Many people can not distinguish between hunger and thirst . When thinking was hungry (though , actually thirsty ) , we will consume food ( which we did not have to consume) and then , how to distinguish ? Drink a glass of water and wait 10 minutes to find out if we are still hungry . If yes, then it is hungry.
